  • Once any campaign, project, or service has started, no refunds will be issued
  • Completed services are non-refundable

  • Strategy development
  • Advertising spend
  • Consulting or hourly-based services
  • Customized or tailored marketing solutions

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Berodacompany if:

  • Services were partially delivered
  • The cancellation resulted directly from an error or failure on our part

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the original payment method
